  • What support may I get? Maintained customers may telephone or e-mail problems to us. Most calls are addressed the day they are received. In addition we analyse our support calls on a regular basis and supply slides on CD illustrating solutions to the most frequently asked questions.
  • How often is the software upgraded? We have produced 16 major upgrades in 21 years where facilities and functionality have been substantially increased. We have also produced many interim upgrades where rainfall data has changed or new operating systems must be supported. Upgrades may be supplied as part of a maintenance contract.
  • Are discounts available for academic use? Yes. Many universities use our software for research and teaching purposes. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
  • What training do I need? Most clients get started without any training in the software. It really is that easy to use! All Windows programs have on-line help but in addition we supply printed manuals, containing detailed tutorials on each module. These are invaluable to our users. Manuals are fully illustrated and professionally written and will get you started quickly. Training is available and will enable you to obtain the full power of the software.
